Continued from Part I: Follow this link to read it!

November 6

We have an earlier start today than yesterday as we hurry towards my part of town to catch our train to Logroño. It’s a town several hours south in the next Comunidad Autonomous, called La Rioja. We’ve paid for a wine tour of this area of Spain best known for their incredible red wines and stunning wineries. Continue reading “My Mom Comes to Visit! Part II”

Seville and Granada, A Self-Excursion

October 12

Happy National Day of Spain! October 12th is the day that Christopher Columbus landed in the Americas which is significant since Spain is the country that funded his journey. What Makes Me a Solivagant, Part I

September 20

Today reminded me why I call myself a solivagant. I spent most of the morning sitting in my room, bemoaning the fact that all of my friends were busy with homework or tutoring jobs before I realized that I don’t need them to enjoy the city. Why wait for someone else when there’s a whole wide world out there? Continue reading “What Makes Me a Solivagant, Part I”
